Taipei, Taiwan (March 6, 2024) – The TAIPEI CYCLE and Sports & Fitness Taiwan (TaiSPO) exhibitions kicked off today, marking the largest bicycle and sports fitness industry exhibition in Asia. Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the event brings together a record-breaking 1,155 companies from over 90 countries, solidifying its position as a global hub for industry advancements.

This year’s edition boasts continued support from leading brands like Merida, Giant, and Shimano, alongside a surge of exciting newcomers. TAIPEI CYCLE welcomes first-time exhibitors like German gearbox maker Rohloff and Danish sustainable battery producer Viridus, reflecting a growing emphasis on innovation and eco-consciousness. TaiSPO expands its reach with the addition of renowned Italian fitness equipment manufacturer Technogym, showcasing the industry’s post-pandemic transformation.

Innovation Zones Spark the Future of Sports and Fitness

Both exhibitions highlight dedicated zones fostering the next generation of technology and business models. TAIPEI CYCLE’s new Bike Venture Startup Zone presents cutting-edge ideas in e-bikes, supply chain digitization, and green solutions.
