KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Garmin Malaysia announced the launch of the Venu 4, the latest addition to its award-winning Venu lineup. Positioned as a personal wellness coach on the wrist, the premium smartwatch introduces innovative new health, fitness, and accessibility features designed to help users better understand their bodies and make healthier, data-driven decisions. A key differentiator is its impressive battery life of up to 12 days in smartwatch mode, which enables continuous 24/7 monitoring of crucial health metrics.

“We designed Venu 4 to be a personal on-wrist fitness and wellness coach,” said Mr. Scoppen Lin, Assistant General Manager of Garmin Asia. “This premium smartwatch helps users learn even more about their body, provides data-driven insights into how their choices are affecting their health and holds them accountable so they can reach their goals with greater ease.“
Advanced Health Tracking for a Healthier You
The Venu 4 goes beyond simple activity tracking with its advanced health features. The new Health Status feature is a standout innovation, allowing users to see if health metrics like heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiration, and skin temperature are trending away from their usual range. These changes can be an early indication of added stress or potential illness, offering a proactive approach to wellness.

The smartwatch also introduces Lifestyle Logging, a unique feature that allows users to log custom or preset behaviors—such as caffeine and alcohol consumption—and view reports on how those choices impact their sleep, stress levels, and HRV in the Garmin Connect app. For a more complete picture of recovery, the Venu 4 provides advanced sleep metrics, including Sleep Alignment, which tracks how aligned the body is to its inner sleep cycle, and Sleep Consistency, which provides a look at the average bedtime over the past seven days.
A Coach on Your Wrist: Personalized Workouts
To support users in their fitness journey, the Venu 4 features the new Garmin Fitness Coach, which provides personalized workouts for more than 25 different activities, from walking and indoor cycling to rowing and HIIT. These heart rate and duration-based workouts are not static; they adjust daily based on a user’s activity history, sleep, and recovery, ensuring a tailored training plan. For those who don’t set up a formal plan, the watch will still provide daily suggested workouts. The new Mixed Session activity profile also simplifies multi-activity workouts by tracking multiple activities in a single session.

The Venu 4 combines this high-tech functionality with a stylish metal design. Available in two sizes (41mm and 45mm) and a variety of colorways, it features a built-in LED flashlight for greater visibility in the dark. It also includes a speaker and microphone for taking calls directly from the watch when paired with a compatible smartphone and can even activate certain voice commands without a phone connected.
The Venu 4 is available to purchase in Malaysia starting October 6, 2025. It has a suggested retail price of RM2,399 and can be purchased from the Garmin e-store, Shopee, Lazada, AECO e-store, Garmin Brand Stores, and selected authorized retailers.

In addition to its new features, the Venu 4 includes Garmin’s comprehensive suite of health and connected features, such as Body Battery energy monitoring, women’s health tracking, workout benefit and recovery time, onboard music storage, and Garmin Pay. By blending advanced metrics, personalized coaching, and a sophisticated design, the Venu 4 is positioned as a comprehensive tool for anyone committed to a healthier lifestyle.
