Kuala Lumpur, August 2023 – HANKidz, a passionate and dedicated organization committed to nurturing children’s leadership and development, proudly introduces a groundbreaking initiative – HANKidzathon. This unique running event aims to raise awareness about children’s rights, placing special emphasis on their right to health, fairness, voice, protection, and above all, education.
In celebration of 11 impactful years dedicated to nurturing future leaders, HANKidz is embarking on an ambitious yet heartfelt mission. On October 29th, 2023, HANKidzathon, a 3km leadership marathon in Rimbayu, aims to etch its name in the Malaysia Book of Records by hosting the largest children’s rights awareness event. This inclusive event invites participants of all ages and backgrounds to join forces, promoting physical well-being and strengthening family bonds.
The story of HANKidz has always been one of compassion and dedication, fostering an environment where children are encouraged to reach for the stars and pursue their dreams. The run symbolizes this journey – a stride towards enlightenment, with each step echoing the call for children’s rights, particularly in the realm of education.
Beyond its record-breaking aspirations, HANKidzathon stands as a beacon of hope for marginalized children, refugees, and those facing adversity. With a target of 1,200 to 1,500 participants, HANKidzathon aims to raise RM100,000. These funds will breathe life into the aspirations of these children, providing educational support through Yayasan Chow Kit (YCK) for the next six years and illuminating their paths toward a brighter future.

The soft launch of this beacon of hope took place on August 6th, 2023, at HANKidz Unite Space in Kota Damansara – the organization’s main training and coaching hub.
