Kuala Lumpur is gearing up for a healthy and exciting future as Coway Run 2024 returns for its eighth year. The annual running event, organised by leading healthy living solutions provider Coway, will take place on September 22, 2024, once again at the iconic Dataran Merdeka.
This year’s theme, “Run For Tomorrow,” promises to be more than just a race. Coway Run 2024 aims to inspire Malaysians to embark on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle and a brighter future. The event will showcase a futuristic theme, highlighting the role of innovation and technology in enhancing health and wellness.

Participants of all fitness levels are welcome to join the fun. The race features a variety of categories, including the highly anticipated return of the challenging 21km half marathon, a 10km competitive run, and a 5km family-friendly run. To make the event even more inclusive, Coway Run 2024 introduces a brand new 5km route specifically designed for kids aged 3 to 12. These “future pillars” will receive special merchandise to commemorate their participation.
There’s more than just running to look forward to. Winners of the 10km and 21km categories can compete for a share of over RM20,000 in cash and prizes. Participants in the 5km and Kids categories will be treated to a unique and immersive obstacle course experience. Inspired by Coway’s innovative products, the 5km route will feature five engaging obstacles themed around mattresses, massage chairs, air conditioners, water purifiers, and air purifiers.

The event promises a vibrant atmosphere at the historic Dataran Merdeka. Participants can expect interactive game booths, captivating activities, and a chance to connect with friends and family while enjoying a healthy weekend outing.
Coway Run 2024 goes beyond promoting individual well-being. Every ticket purchased contributes to a healthier future for local communities. Coway will donate RM10 for each ticket sold to the Coway Happy Water Project, a corporate social responsibility initiative that provides clean drinking water to underprivileged communities in Malaysia.
