ASICS Malaysia Celebrates Women in Pickleball, Spotlighting Community and Wellness

Petaling Jaya – ASICS Malaysia recently hosted its Ladies Pickleball Special 2025 on May 24th, bringing together 96 women – including mothers, daughters, career professionals, and retirees – for a vibrant celebration of strength, laughter, and sisterhood. The event, held in conjunction with Malaysia’s fastest-trending sport, showcased the powerful communal spirit driving pickleball’s popularity.

The tournament at Laman Astaka, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, highlighted ASICS’s belief that “sport is far more than just effort—it’s a powerful way to forge friendships, build confidence and strengthen community,” as stated by Boon Tib Soom Nik, Country Manager, ASICS Malaysia. He added that the event was a tribute to every woman embracing an active lifestyle and uplifting those around her, embodying the brand’s ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body’ ethos.
