The countdown has officially begun for Asia’s premier sports and fitness B2B platform. With exactly one month remaining until its grand opening on March 25, 2026, TaiSPO 2026 is set to welcome over 10,000 international buyers to the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (Hall 2). Operating under the resilient slogan “Stay Fit, Stay Well,” this year’s exhibition marks a significant evolution, expanding beyond traditional gym hardware to encompass a multi-dimensional ecosystem of wellness, technology, and outdoor adventure.

Running concurrently with the Taipei Cycle Show, TaiSPO 2026 leverages a massive cross-sector synergy, offering a “single-registration” gateway for professionals to explore the entire spectrum of active mobility and health management. This year’s show features approximately 750 booths from leading global brands and emerging startups, reflecting Taiwan’s critical role as a precision manufacturing hub for the $17 billion global fitness equipment market.
Defining the Future through Five Core Themes
To navigate the rapidly changing industry landscape, TaiSPO 2026 has been organized around five strategic themes: Fitness Zone, Sport Tech & Hub, Wellness & Lifestyle, Outdoor Explore, and the Team Sports Arena. A major focal point for 2026 is the Sport Tech & Hub, which highlights the intersection of AI motion analysis and smart venue management. As digital transformation becomes a requirement for commercial gym operators, this zone showcases the latest in hybrid event platforms and cloud-based training tools. Simultaneously, the Wellness & Lifestyle section addresses the growing demand for preventive healthcare, featuring high-performance nutrition, muscle recovery gear, and specialized equipment for senior fitness—a demographic that is increasingly becoming the most loyal segment of the fitness market.
New Pavilions for a Diverse Market
Reflecting current consumer trends, TaiSPO 2026 introduces three brand-new themed areas: Women’s Fitness, Sports Nutrition & Recovery, and Ball Sports. The Women’s Fitness Pavilion is specifically designed to address the unique physiological needs and aesthetic preferences of female athletes, featuring everything from biomechanically optimized strength machines to high-performance activewear.

The Diving Pavilion also returns on a larger scale, catering to the explosive growth of underwater sports across Asia. This zone will feature technical gear showcases and talks by professional divers, bridging the gap between technical equipment and the lifestyle elements of the sport.
The “Motion Vision” Startup Accelerator
Mirroring its sister show, TaiSPO 2026 will debut the “Motion Vision” Startup and Innovation zone. This area is dedicated to accelerating the growth of young companies focusing on sports-tech and health-tech integration. By providing international visibility to startups specialized in biometric data and digital fitness services, TaiSPO aims to foster cross-sector collaborations that will define the “smart gym” of the next decade.

Industry experts and C-level executives from over 80 countries are expected to attend the International Sports Trend Forum, held during the show. These sessions will provide a critical roadmap for business strategies in a post-pandemic world, focusing on how sustainability and AI will reshape consumer behavior.
