KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – In a significant boost for the nation’s rapidly growing pickleball scene, Paramount Property has officially launched the Paramount Cup 2025, a premier tournament set to feature one of the largest prize pools in Malaysia for the sport. Offering a total of RM112,500 in prizes, the four-day event is expected to attract more than 820 players, uniting juniors, adults, and seniors in a vibrant celebration of sports, lifestyle, and community.
The inaugural tournament will be held from October 23 to 26, 2025, at the newly opened PLAYA Racquet Club @ PARC Subang. Its launch comes at a time when pickleball is experiencing a surge in popularity across Malaysia, appealing to a broad demographic due to its unique blend of accessibility and competitive play. The tournament’s substantial prize money and impressive turnout are a clear signal that the sport is evolving from a recreational pastime to a serious competitive event in the local sporting calendar.

The Paramount Cup 2025 will feature 18 categories across singles, doubles, and mixed doubles, with divisions segmented by skill level and age group. This inclusive format is a deliberate choice, aligning with Paramount Property’s long-standing commitment to community-building and active, multi-generational living.
