Oakley ignites inspiration with the launch of its Inner Spark collection, a series of sunglasses and short films celebrating the mental battles athletes face on their journeys to greatness.
The campaign, narrated by French football star Kylian Mbappé, emphasizes that true victory comes from conquering internal doubts and anxieties. “You’ve already won without an arena, pool, or pitch,” the film declares, highlighting the importance of the “inner spark” that resides within each athlete.
Inner Spark features stories of Team Oakley athletes across various disciplines, including Alexia Putellas (soccer), Fred Kerley (track & field), and Cassandre Beaugrand (snowboarding). The films showcase the raw emotions athletes experience, from moments of fatigue and failure to the exhilaration of victory.
Oakley Chief Marketing Officer Caio Amato says, “We want to inspire kids to be fully themselves… Because if you won the game within, every game is yours to win.”

The Inner Spark collection features a unique design inspired by the human nervous system. The collection includes:

Malaysian Athletes in Inner Spark: Malaysian athletes qualified for the 2024 Olympics will be sporting the Inner Spark collection, including cyclists Dato’ Muhammad Azizulhasni Awang and Muhammad Shah Firdaus Sahrom, and sailor Khairulnizam Mohd Afendy.
