Kuala Lumpur – The Under Armour Combine 2024 returned to Kuala Lumpur, uniting 350 of Malaysia’s fittest athletes at Sentul Depot. Under the brand’s motto, “Protect This House,” participants tested their strength, speed, and resilience in eight rigorous challenges: agility, stamina, vertical leap, power, endurance, strength, speed, and cognition. The event highlighted community spirit and the pursuit of physical limits.

Samantha Lim, Commercial Director of Under Armour Malaysia, noted the sense of unity among competitors. “The UA Combine is designed to inspire people to push their boundaries. Today, we not only saw impressive displays of grit and determination but also an incredible team spirit among this close-knit community,” Lim shared.
Supported by Celebrity Fitness judges and Gatorade, the event awarded winners in the men’s and women’s divisions. In the Women’s Division, Hui Lian Chiew claimed first place with 793 points, followed by Nor Liyana Kamaruddin (745 points) and Jin May Koay (706 points). The Men’s Division winner was Ashton Koh with 1881 points, closely trailed by John Chai (1867 points) and Chee Wai Leong (1865 points).

Each top finisher received prizes of RM 15,000, RM 7,500, and RM 3,000, alongside a Hypervolt GO 2 massage gun from recovery partner Hyperice, which also provided recovery spaces for athletes during the event.
