Kuala Lumpur – PUMA, the globally renowned sportswear brand, has officially launched its largest flagship store in Southeast Asia at Sunway Pyramid, marking a significant milestone in its Malaysian journey. The grand opening was a star-studded affair, attracting a massive crowd of fans, celebrities, and media personalities.

The 12,000 square-foot store is a testament to PUMA’s commitment to providing Malaysians with the best of its brand. It houses a wide range of products, from the latest performance gear to trendy streetwear and iconic collaborations. Shoppers can explore the store’s interactive features, including the AI Feet Scanner and customization area, which offer a personalized shopping experience.
The opening was further electrified by the presence of PUMA Thailand Ambassadors Metawin “Win” Opas-iamkajorn and Tontawan “Tu” Tantivejakul, whose popularity sent the crowd into a frenzy. Local PUMA Ambassadors Meerqeen and Priscilla Abby also joined the festivities, engaging with fans and embodying the PUMA spirit.

The event was a celebration of PUMA’s “Forever Faster” ethos, with high-energy performances by athletes and breakdancers. The store’s opening marked a new era for PUMA in Malaysia, solidifying its position as a leading sportswear brand in the country.

#ForeverBersama: Run the PUMAthon for a Cause
In keeping with the spirit of community and giving back, PUMA launched the PUMAthon, an immersive 3D running track inside the flagship store. For every 100 meters run by participants, PUMA will donate RM10 to Care2Run, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering differently-abled youth and underserved communities through adaptive sports programs.

The PUMAthon is a unique opportunity for visitors to have fun, stay active, and contribute to a worthy cause.
PUMA will kick off the campaign with an initial donation of RM20,000 and as participants take part, they will witness the total donation amount rise, symbolizing the power of community action. This initiative, embodying the #ForeverBersama campaign, underscores PUMA’s commitment to fostering community growth and inclusivity.

Participants can also track their times on a live leaderboard, with the fastest runner at the end of the campaign winning a brand-new pair of PUMA Deviate Nitro Elite 3, worth RM929, along with other PUMA running goodies!
The PUMAthon activation will run throughout September.
