Under Armour Releases New Capsule Collection in Collaboration with Street Artist Darbotz

The collection is designed for athletes who want to push their limits and smash through their fitness goals

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – October 18, 2023 – Under Armour, a global leader in athletic performance apparel, footwear, and equipment, has teamed up with Indonesian street artist Darbotz to launch a new capsule collection, aptly titled “Into the Wild.” The collection, which is designed for both men and women, features a variety of apparel and shoes that are both stylish and functional.

Darbotz is known for his bold and distinctive graffiti art, which often features monster iconography. His signature style is evident throughout the “Into the Wild” collection, which features a variety of monster-themed designs.

The collection also incorporates Under Armour’s Iso-Chill technology, which is designed to keep athletes cool and comfortable during workouts. Iso-Chill fabric turns ice-cold upon contact with sweat, and it also maximizes breathability and ventilation.

“We are thrilled to partner with Darbotz on this exciting new collection,” said Lina Ismail, Senior Marketing Manager, Under Armour Southeast Asia. “Darbotz is one of the most talented street artists in the world, and his unique style is perfectly reflected in this collection. We are confident that athletes will love the bold designs and performance benefits of the ‘Into the Wild’ collection.”

“Going out and painting is like releasing my monster side,” said Darbotz. “There’s a jungle out there that I have to conquer. Imagine the buildings, the traffic, the road, the cars, the buses, and all the things we face every day in the city. It feels like we are going into the concrete jungle. We are monsters who will run and conquer all the obstacles. Into the Wild. Where monsters run the city.”

The “Into the Wild” collection will be available in select Under Armour Brand Houses in Malaysia. The collection will retail for RM219-RM279 for the apparel and RM679 for the UA HOVR Machina Breeze footwear.
